Diverse Talent is all about providing quality assessments, football trials and developing aspiring football players to earn a semi-pro or pro contract and as a volunteer youth development phase scout at a championship club with various contacts, opportunities are given to aspiring 
footballers who has played at a decent level between the ages of 12-19 years old, assessments is provided to 19 and over providing their CV is outstanding.

Players are assessed during the school half term period (every 6 weeks) through out the year and get chance of having 

• Trials at pro or semi-pro clubs.

• Training at either clubs, elite academies or and one to one assessments.

• Reports/Feedback of assessments from clubs

90-95% that go on professional football trials do not get in for various reasons. So with the services provided this will give players the opportunity over a certain time period to continuously be assessed with a fair and truthful feedback until eventually & hopefully that player is signed to either a semi-pro club or pro club.
